This is how to setup Elsawin 5.2 on windows 10 64bit, esp for those with an error 'unlicensed version'.

Had windows 7 running – Elsa working fine, then updated to windows 10 and it stopped with the error this is unlicensed version, then during windows 10 update, it seemed to fix it self.

Elsa vw software Version 4.0 and 4.1 update should not have any problems installing first regardless, but most of the problems exist in the version 5.0 update when the SQL 2008 is installed. Now, its done it again and still says this error even after using keygen again and can't get past this issue.

Here's the solution:
First:
start ElsaWin administration
login:admin/admin
Click to File on the left in the first line then code then code query or somthing like that. (I'm using the hungarian vers.)

On the pop-up window will be a provisional code. The final code block is empty!

Use the keygen how when you installed the program at first time.
The new final code paste to the empty block.

Don't close the administration panel!
Start ElsaWin main program and will work.

Not fixed the problem but Elsa will work for ….

NOTICE: RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR when open elsa win administration

For those running Windows 10 (32bit) and Elsawin 5.20, have a try with the solution if possible. Maybe it works also. Good luck!!!

How to setup Elsawin software on Windows 10?
ElsaWin 4.0 and 4.1 update should not have any problems installing first regardless, but most of the problems exist in the Elsawin 5.0 update when the SQL 2008 is installed. After every version installation finished, we should check to make sure the software is working. We should create a user for English as Administrator beside admin (password is admin) as default.

ElsaWin 5.0 update after 4.1 is done.

When the 5.0 update is done with the SQL server installation, the 5.1 and 5.2 update should be a breeze.

When every update is done, we need to install Acrobat 5.0.5 reader and SVG Viewer.

Now, we can install the Audi or VW data for ElsaWin 5.1 or 5.2 whichever the case may be. This process will take a long time since Audi data ~ 26 GB and VW ~ 36 GB

When everything is done, login as user, we should see the guide for accessing ElsaWin Repair Manual.

UNZIPPING THE IMAGE FILE

Step 1. Go to File Explorer and Copy the .rar Files to your Hard Drive. .

Step 4. Click on 'Open' and select The file on the Hard Drive ending in

part01.rar. The other rar files will be included in the extract so no need to

individually extract them. Now Select extract and then select a folder where

you want to put the image file ie C:Elsawin or D:Elsawin. Click OK.

Step 5. Once the image file is extracted, You can delete the .rar files from

the folder.

Installing VirtualBox and Setting Up An Image File.

Step 1. Run the VirtualBox.exe on The Disc. This will install

VirtualBox to your Hard drive. Now restart your computer.

Step 2. Now start VirtualBox. Click On New. Select a name for your Image File

ie Elsawin Audi. Change 'Version' to Windows XP (32bit). Click Next

Step 3. You now have a Window asking you to specify the amount of RAM. I would

give it 50% ie you have 4gb give it 2gb of RAM.Click Quo vadis 1951 dublado filmes dublados. Next.

Step 4. You have a Hard Drive Window Now. Choose 'Use an existing Virtual Hard

Disk file'. Now click on the Folder on your right and choose the file

that you unzipped from the disc/s or USB Stick. It will be in C:elsawin

if you used that folder name.

Step 5. Click On Create. Now a entry 'Elsawin Audi' will appear on your Left.

Now Click on the System Tab and then click on Processor. If you have 4

cores

select 2 and enable PAE/NX and press OK. Now Double Click On the 'Elsa

Audi' and Once you get to the Desktop, Double Click On the

Elsawin Online

Step 6. You Will be asked for a Username and Password. Both are admin. That is

you up and running ready to search for info on Elsawin.
